The Property

Just 20 minutes from Cranberry Township, Pfeifer Farm spans 60 acres of open fields, wooded views, and natural charm. The property features a two-story barn for cocktail hour and receptions, indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, and dedicated suites for both wedding parties. With a welcoming farmhouse and the quiet seclusion of the countryside, it’s a place where the setting feels entirely your own.

Ceremony

Say “I do” on the front lawn with the pond and its fountain glistening just behind you—a naturally breathtaking setting for your ceremony. The space includes up to 165 cushioned chairs, a white aisle, and a customizable altar, giving you the perfect foundation to add your personal style through florals and décor. Guests will watch as the wedding party makes their way from the farmhouse steps, down the lawn, and toward the water. Seal your vows with the ringing of our wedding bell, a cherished moment that celebrates your union and echoes your commitment across the farm.

If the weather shifts, both the upper and lower levels of the barn can be transformed into warm, inviting indoor ceremony spaces. Each setup is fully customizable, ensuring your ceremony feels unique to you no matter where it takes place.

COcktail hour

Flowing naturally from the ceremony, the downstairs area provides the perfect setting for guests to gather, socialize, and begin celebrating together. With an inviting indoor–outdoor layout, high-top tables, ample seating, a TV, and a bar, the space is designed for comfort and style. Ambient lighting and access to our décor inventory help set the mood, creating an atmosphere that’s both warm and versatile.



Along with two fully handicap-accessible bathrooms and a separate catering room to keep vendors organized, the space provides plenty of room for guests to relax, connect, and celebrate.

Reception

Set upstairs in the barn, our reception space is designed for lively celebrations with up to 165 guests. Tables, chairs, linens, and access to our décor collection let you create a space that’s uniquely yours. The outdoor patio, which connects directly to the reception’s hardwood floors, extends the space to create a harmonious and open indoor–outdoor gathering area. Three bathrooms and a dedicated DJ area keep the party running smoothly. It’s the perfect spot for dining, dancing, and unforgettable moments with family and friends.
